Group Counseling

Service Description

Individuals must meet with the counselor prior to joining a group in order to discuss group readiness and fit. Groups provide an opportunity to meet others who may have similar lived experiences. Knowing that you aren't alone in living your truth may be the next step for you. Our groups have between 8-10 clients who have similar interests in improving holistic wellness of mental health and exercise goals.
