The Uplifted approach to integrated care incorporates mental health techniques and interventions with adjunctive physical exercise body movements. While every treatment plan is unique and must be customized to the individual client, one of the most beneficial treatments to mental health and overall health is physical exercise. Exercise has been proven effective in treating symptoms of mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders. Unfortunately, traditional gyms and training regimens can serve as triggers for those very same disorders. Unlike other counseling options, Uplifted is able to provide exercise programs that are mentally health conscious and are tailored to the client's individual needs, skill-level, capabilities, and interests.
